Canyoning

Canyoning is an absolutely fascinating sport that requires a spirit of adventure and a pinch of courage. It involves following the natural course of a stream or river on foot, moving through wonderful surroundings that you wouldn't see on normal hiking trails. Exciting slide sections in eroded rocks that have been washed out by the water enrich the tours through the wet blue, also do climbs on rock faces, deep wading in narrow gorges and spectacular jumps into natural pools that are otherwise only home to trout and brook trout.

Our standard tours also take place in the rain. If there are at least five participants, we’ll organize a day trip to Val Maor in the province of Belluno once a week. The breathtaking Val Maor canyon has everything a canyoning enthusiast could wish for: slides, waterfalls, gorges and large, deep blue pools into which jumping is the ultimate experience. We also organize excursions to Lake Garda and Lake Caldonazzo and, on request, family tours for children between the age of 8 - 14. Because even the little ones should be able to experience the incredible adventure in a real canyon in the company of their parents.

The easy tour includes a slide and jumps and can be completed by children in 2-3 hours, as well as individual tours for individuals with a personal guide.

Forest bathing

Forest bathing is widespread throughout Japan under the name “shinrin yoku” and has been enjoying great popularity here in Japan for some years now. In the broadest sense, forest bathing is a walk and stay in the forest during which you consciously and demonstrably strengthen your psychophysical well-being. Just walking through the forest is something absolutely fascinating, and if you do this in full awareness of its regenerating and strengthening effect, it will become an experience for all the senses.

In close contact with nature and its beauty, you can find peace, tranquillity and yourself. You can practise forest bathing alone or in groups, preferably accompanied by an expert guide who gives various inputs and leads miscellaneous exercises, all of which help to heighten your awareness. She accompanies the participants on their journey through the evergreen landscape and ultimately to themselves. Hectic, stress and pressure will disappear as if by magic.

Rest and time are two indispensable factors: in order for forest bathing to have its full effect, you should have both, free your mind from all stressful thoughts and fully engage in the positive, healing and cleansing effect of the forest. The remarkable effect on physical and mental well-being has been proven by several scientific studies and leaves no doubt about the influence of the forest on our health.

For example, the immune system is strengthened, blood pressure and heart rate are lowered, the brain is more efficient and adrenaline levels are reduced. So forest bathing is a real anti-stress remedy.

We offer rafting tours of all levels of difficulty, from beginners to experts, for young and old. A river tour on a rafting boat is a breathtaking experience, especially for children and teenagers. We also offer special rafting tours for companies, where your employees can learn a lot about team building, cooperation and community spirit. Our flagship tour is the spectacular tour on the Eisack between Stilfs (Sterzing) and Mules/Le Cave, in the classical or “Power Raftig” version.

Both allow you to explore and marvel at the surrounding landscape in a very special, spectacular way and, above all, from a completely new perspective. Depending on the water level and weather conditions, the tour can be more or less exciting, easy or more challenging. The tour is therefore suitable for all age groups, starting from the age of six, and we are happy to join a suitable group for individual rafters.
